With the rising demand for delivery services, OTSAW’s Camello delivery robot will help to reduce the manpower shortage faced by the delivery industry. It is incredibly efficient as it can deliver under different weather conditions and also significantly reduce delivery-related accidents at the same time. The Camello delivery robot enhanced with the robotic arm can provide the end consumers with a better experience through doorstep delivery for high-rise buildings, which can only be provided by delivery personnel at the moment. The robot’s ability to provide doorstep delivery would significantly benefit those with physical disabilities or those who are unable to leave home due to sickness. Enhancing the Camello delivery robot would raise the customer satisfaction of the end customers, which is what delivery companies want to achieve to attract more customers on their end. In turn, the benefits would attract delivery companies to adopt the use of the Camello delivery robot for their services.

Especially with technology gaining traction in recent years, more robotics companies will produce more robots to fit the needs of different industries, this would lead to an increase in delivery robots available in the market.
